Home-field advantage in the NFC means everything this season.

When you are 7 - 1, HFA in the playoffs need to be a higher goal on the Seahawk's agenda, not just winning the division. I wish the coaching staff had a little more urgency. HFA last year would have put us in the big game, just like this year will too.

Can you please explain what you mean by urgency? Since, you know, they currently are in 1st in the NFC and by all accounts can't speed up the season? Or are you just hoping for lip service during press conferences to assuage your concern that PC doesn't actually give a damn?

I've got no idea why the team isn't trying to go 2-0 each week. I mean, yeah, they won the Tennessee and @Arizona games within a span of 6 days, so I suppose that's a start, but they should be doing that EVERY WEEK.

Where's the urgency, PC and JS?

With the tough road behind us...we should be 10-1 entering the Saints game with 3 opponents with a combined 3-18 record. The Saints (14-10) and 49ers (12-9) have tougher games (including one H2H) before meeting us. The Saints beating the 9ers would be HUGE because this would give 9ers a second NFC loss and 3rd loss overall. A LOT can happen in the next 4 weeks. But I LIKE where we are!

Frankly, I don't think the coaches or players are doing enough to gain HFA here. While they are winning whatever game they are in, why aren't they also sending our inactives on planes to Candlestick and the Superdome to kneecap Gore, Iupati, Justin Smith, Drew Brees, and Jimmy Graham with crowbars?
