Playing with house money, let's get this W on Sunday and see how it all unfolds. At the MINIMUM, if that week 18 game vs. the Clams actually means something? Hell yes. I'm in. That being said, I can't be the only one who is concerned with how Geno has played the last several weeks.
The whole completion percentage argument is overrated imo. Dink and dunk makes it real simple to have a high completion percentage. I'd like to see a high WINNING percentage, and some actual game winning drives. And his decision making has been pretty bad the last month or so. Especially in the first half of games. He's been extremely lucky that several passes were not picked off. Including a Pick 6 that was called back on a ticky tack penalty.
Is he winning games or getting the job done when it counts? No, he isn't. He WAS when they were at 6-3. But he looks like Jets Geno to me.

I'm sure I'll get blasted, but I don't really care.

Even if we're a one and done in the playoffs (which is most likely true), getting the young guys exposure to the playoff atmosphere will go a long way and help to accelerate the growth of this team.

That and cutting Barton.

Seahawks are not only making the playoffs, but they're winning the Superbowl. And anybody who doesn't believe that should be banned
Thinking about what that would take... Hawks draw Minnesota, the softest 13-win team ever, Woolen locks up Justin Jefferson, and a Vikes WR/TE inexplicably drops the winning 2-point conversion as time expires. Then Hawks draw an upset winner in divisional round, say Washington Commanders, and somehow squeak out a win, then in the NFCCG in Philly, Hurts and Minshew both injured, Hawks beat Eagles 3rd string QB 13-10 on GW FG after an Eagles exchange fumble and a couple picks in fugliest NFCCG in recent memory. No idea how Hawks avoid getting blown out in SB by Bills, Chiefs, or Bengals, maybe someone has a scenario for that? Most unlikely SB champ ever, screws our draft position for Hawks pick, Hawks go down in history as worst SB champ ever.

C'mon man, you called preseason that the Hawks 2022 QB would throw for tons of yards and TDs and you were right!! Can't you dust off/defog your crystal ball and give us one more for how Hawks win SB game?

So much better than Jets Geno, vastly better understanding of the game... Just not getting the support from run game, and not good enough to carry the offense with only his passing against any team but the Rams. But, agreed, Geno's play/Hawks limited offense/Waldron's play-calling last 6 weeks has possibly cost Geno $10M/year, maybe a $25M per year guy instead of $35M, for whoever signs him.

I like your vision. The missing piece is that the Vikings have a good running game which is the biggest weakness of the Seahawk D. They can take out Jefferson with Woolen but I don't think the run defense is good enough to stop Dalvin Cook and company. I don't like the matchup with the Vikes for that very reason.
