That's fine. Him, someone else, whatever. I think he's a value for money QB. Getting someone better will be very expensive. Every chance his replacement will be worse.

If he were younger, this would be more in question of what to do, but he's already one of the league's oldest starting QBs. He's not going to develop any more; this is just what he is. Given the paucity of options, he probably finishes out his contract here, and then after next season, some team on the playoffs fringes signs him to a short deal as a bridge QB and he looks like Matt Ryan on the Colts.
