Getting excited (preseason, blah blah, still hawk football).

What are you guys cookin for tonight?

Were doing the snack bar buffet.
-Cocktail weenies
-Chips and dip
-Vegetable platter
-Swedish Meatballs
-AND for our Canadian brothers, were doing Poutine.

And tonight we will be opening the first bottles of my newest Brew. A personal recipe for a very strong IPA. Taste test during bottling last month was very promising. So Im pretty excited.

GO HAWKS!!!!

Were just making it from scratch. I mean, fries, gravy and cheese (were using feta, which i believe is the standard). Doesnt seem to hard. I hope.

Fresh Grouper, some 3 bite shrimp from the gulf. That's under 10 a pound.
Hush puppies. Had some green beans as a side.
I'm drinking some KettleOne with Lemonade and fresh mint.
Takin it easy though, gotta work in the AM.

Feta isn't the standard for poutine as far as I know, and I'm quite the connoisseur, for being a Yank that is. Cheese curds is the optimal, although feta would taste pretty dang good. Also good with bacon crumbles and/or diced green onions on it.

Sounds delicious!

ahh, that makes sense. I think I saw the pictures of the curds, and it looks like crumbled feta. Well, were going the feta route anyway I guess. I assume it will still rock socks.

I'm glad somebody covered this.

Wow, what a day.

Burgers, fries, a few beers, and all while wearing my Ahman Green cheapo.

No wimp here.
It's a matter of public trust.
I'm sure y'all understand, in that context. :{)

Edit: Dom and Drew are my only competition that I'm aware of.
