Yes the league tells the refs how to officiate..and above that the team still coulda won...but didn't...make sense? Need hooked on phonics? Let me know..

Do you know what "fixed" means in the context you used it? It means the outcome of the game was predetermined no matter what. Have you ever considered actually knowing what words mean before you use them, or nah?
