There's been a leak in the dam (Dashaun Watson's trade to CLE) and fully guaranteed QB contracts will become the norm VERY soon... and we can blame the Browns.

I'd be willing to bet that Russell's next contract (extension) is fully guaranteed.
Seattle would have never agreed to that, so it's just as well that we traded him for picks.
