Good to read that Abraham Lucas has been ruled out for the season's final game.
He's likely to have a great 2025 season once he has had a chance to give his body a much needed rest.
I'm glad you mentioned this. As it took longer and longer for Lucas to come back from his knee issues when Carroll was still in charge, we got no clear details about the problem(s), but there were rumors and occasional words like "chronic" and even "degenerative," but even though I don't think anybody ever officially said Lucas's knee problems
are a long-term issue, I don't think anybody ever officially said they
aren't either, so I'm not sure why people think Lucas just needs some rest.
Now he's
kinda back - he's appeared in a total of 13 of 34 Seahawks games in the last two seasons - but do we know what the issues with his knees are and what the prognosis is? The guy shows promise when he's on the field, but do we have any reason to believe he's going to be able to play even half an NFL season at this point? His median season so far is a game and a half short of half a season.
