Seems fair. Fant isn't the second coming of Walter Jones but he has been solid so far with his very limited experience and I expect his ceiling to be a lot higher than Sowell's.

Walt has been giving Fant advice (according to Fant), so Walter must see something in him. Probably not the next coming of Jones, because Walt was a once-in-a-generation talent.

Gilliam has been terrible all season. I'm glad they are doing something about but it should have happened a few weeks ago.

Problem is you have 2 bad tackles competing. That is a position where if we have a weakness it should go as it is on Russ' sight side, but still, both of those guys are practice squad level players. I would say now that LT is the weakest team position. This offseason I'm sure they will focus on it. Fant has looked light years better than sowell.
