I fully expect Pete to try and limit Lynch's carries, due to TNF in 4 days. Which could mean a lot of Christine Michael.

I'd also expect the Seahawks to throw a bit early in hopes of getting out to a lead, to rest some peeps.

XOXO

Thanks Cody.

I think we'll see maybe 2 or 3 runs with Shawn, and the other 50 snaps will all be with an empty backfield.

I'm talking Da Bomb... all day. Hopefully our receivers brought they're running shoes.

Would be absolutely shocked if PC was dumb enough to treat this as an exhibition game. If they get out to a massive lead I'd be surprised if he didn't lean harder on Turbn and Michael in the second half (or maybe get a little experimental to try to get the passing game in sync), but playing today in consideration of Thursday without an insurmountable lead is just all kinds of a bad idea, IMO.

Its not uncommon. Turbin got a lot of carries last year in the game before TNF.

Soooo, go get a rebound, Popeye.

I doubt we see much difference in this game because they have to continue with the "one week at a time" mindset.

Thank God Pete doesn't seem to think like that.

Play this game as usual, take monday off, use 2 days to get ready for the next.

Can't afford to think ahead.

Turbin and Lynch split their carries, for the most part, vs NE and before last years TNF. Its not taking the Titans for granted, its being proactive.

A lot of the Seahawks personnel choices have more to do with late this year, than now. So, let's not lean on cliches.

Nope, even I could manage that.

I thought that was the gal you were with at Mardi Gras.

p.s. and perhaps we are getting a bit off topic here. Were you wanting this to be moved to another forum?

I don't think that's Radish, unless he's gone thru some major changes since last time I saw him...

Go for the throat early. This should be a statement game. If Marshawn really is banged up, it would make sense to rest him some before our divisional game Thursday. But the last thing I want is for them to get complacent again. The last two road games were not pretty. Hoping the LOB shows up for this game. Titans will surely be trying to exploit our Linebackers with Bobby out and the way they have been abused the last two games. Hoping KJ and Malcolm can hold the fort.

Now about that Harvin cat!

I'd like to see Turbin get a few more reps than what he's been getting. Not at ML's expense, but in relief. Turbo's been getting ragged on but you can't expect much from anyone behind this line and you can't expect a back to find his rhythm on a few carries spread across 60 mins. I'm just making believe there is no Michael at this point. Many more dimwit plays from Coleman and I'll be forgetting about him too.

Today we got a (needed) creampuff but Thursday is gut-check day.

Pete saying after the game that Miller will play on Thursday for sure is certainly evidence that he did take this game a little lightly. Which I don't have a big problem with.

Michael looked all butt hurt after Marshawn scored that last TD. He had his towel over his head...Marshawn had to hold him, ever so gently, and say some encouraging words..if I had to guess, I would say the dude is upset over getting no game time. I understand his competitive fire, I even like it. There's no question he has some electric ability. But....I think he probably needs more work before they are comfortable with his pass pro, as well as keeping him hungry and breaking him out late season style. The thing that concerns me is the kids attitude. I wish I knew what Marshawn was saying to him there. Anyone have any inside info on that?

My take on that was he was going to get time IF/WHEN the game got in the Seahawks control. It just never got to that point.
