And the likelihood that he will require a replacement, instead of the simpler repair, continues to increase.

I can't blame Niner fans for not wanting to hear it, but the idea of him returning to play before mid-season has always been highly optimistic, IMHO.

No, the interview with Lynch just happened At the combine. This is an update on the situation saying his surgery is postponed yet another week in the best case scenario.

Nick Mullens had surgery two weeks after tearing his ucl, and docs chose the repair. This latest delay will mean six weeks minimum. That Lynch reported this and at the same presser backup Quarterback would be a bigger priority matters too.
