3:07 was Earl in his first year making a hall of fame play. Hoping someone remembers that but there was a sideline shot of Pete right after that and I vividly remember his eyes being more excited than normal outwardly expressing/verifying how special it was as it happened. I remember when we drafted Earl, and wondering what a top ten first round safety looked like, and then I saw it right there, that split second reaction time is why he will be making bank in a year.

Hilarious how Thomas kind of gets pivoted by an attempted Pat tackle during an interception return at the 1:35 mark in the OP vid. He actually took a few steps 180 degrees the other direction there before "unpivoting" himself! Running the other way may have been intentional in order to elude another Pat zeroing in on him, but still kind of funny since it looks like he's just all-out peddling his legs regardless of direction.

Funny thing is, I've dialed it back quite a lot since the 2012 season ended. I've been extremely busy with non-Seahawks stuff, 100+ hours a week. Not saying it's all productive, but I think I've had like one offseason write up this year whereas I probably average 10-15 most offseasons.

Not sure how things will go when the season starts. I loved covering the preseason in great detail last year, but I don't think I'll have the time this year. Not enough hours in the day right now, these days I just visit .net every now and then when I am dying for a break from it all.

Thanks bro. I just do it to scratch the itch, and because sometimes awesome discussion comes out of it (particularly when Scottemojo weighs in). Knowing that some people enjoy it makes it that much more fun.
