The announcer was basically claiming that Drake was the best deep ball passer in the NFL there and I was challenging that.

I admit I didn't watch many Patriots games this year, but after watching the playoffs and the Super Bowl game, I can't believe that Drake Maye came so close to winning MVP. When you compare how Stafford did against the Seahawks vs. Maye, it should not have been that close between them.

Correct it was more of that east coast bias, that amusingly you hear them admit to at times now because they’ll be all “well we see the games out here more frequently bs those on the west coast” .. i mean they could make an attempt but then don’t

I didn't watch many pats games either but looking at his stats he really fell off in the play-offs.
