Nope, not me but this has been going on for over 10 years with no improvement whatsoever. As I said in another post, if you are happy with the results more power to you. I think we have been fielding mediocre to slightly above average teams for more than a decade and at the end of the day, if you have full power at some point you have to bear the responsibility.
