The funny this is, all these guys are getting stupid money, yet there are a lot of really talented WR in college right now. I’m not sure I would trade picks for a WR.
After the the Donks were globally humiliated in the RW trade, you'd have to think GM's and owners league wide are second guessing any big name veteran trades in the forseeable future.

The Raiders aren't doing anything with their current roster. They should just deal Adams to the highest bidder, and if it's the Chiefs so be it. Adams turns 32 this season and will likely be washed before the Raiders are competitive in that division again anyway.

It probably doesn't matter though because I don't think the Chiefs have the capital to put together a decent offer for him.

Ugh. I hope not. First, WR is a position of strength for the Seahawks right now. There are other much-higher priorities. Second, I don't want that dirty cheater Davante Adams on the Seahawks.
I tend to agree, especially since we demonstrated to the planet what happens when you trade the farm for an aging veteran (sorry not sorry, Donks). Yeah, if we're going to do something splashy, why not trade for a stud offensive lineman or three.

Jets or Saints
Jets have the draft capital and more cap room. They might even be able to throw in Reddick and put an end to that debacle.
Either way, Adams is reunited with one of his favorite QBs.

One solution to the Jets' Haason Reddick headache is to trade him for the Raiders' headache, Devante Adams.

I was wondering if you were thinking Jamal Adams at first.
I can't see anyone paying the farm for Devente, his age and contract mean it is likely a one season filler. Probably something like a 2nd round, maybe conditionally uped to a first (though in most cases that would be a low first, e.g. if it is conditional on a team getting to the SB)

Jamal certainly deserves an honorable mention, but he was 24 when they traded for him. While I still didn't like the trade at the time, I can kind of understand their rationale considering he wasn't an "older veteran" by any stretch.
Agreed on compensation for Davante, I'd give up a 4th at most for his services.

For the Seahawks I wouldn't even spend that but if the Chiefs believe he will fill the gap caused by their injured WRs, if they think he could be the difference between to get another SB I could see them aying a 2nd, uped to a 1st if they win it all again.

If he is a locker room problem dealing him to the Chiefs for whatever you can get would be a win for the Raiders, see Percy Harvin :)

I think cooper kupp ends up at the chiefs if the rams keep losing as a salary dump. If he gets healthy. One last shot at another title etc

True, where LAR might want to get out from under his contract I could see a team wanting to get the last bit of production out of him and take a chance
Yeah definitely a rental type situation to a contender. Rams just feel like full rebuild mode soon, especially if Stafford retires soon. Not sure McVey would stick around
