As our coaches teach and learn what is expected of them, they also gain that which is needed to excel in the next level. Coach PC is teaching his coaches what he expects and keeps coaching them as well as his subordinate players what they need to expect for continued success. I would expect that while Coach teaches the system he wants in place, he is also mentoring the coaching staff as to what they can improve on to better themselves into the larger stage. As stated above, the coaching tree has many branches..and the stronger the knowledge of them branches, the better the chances of success in the future. That being said, I feel some of our coaches need new challenges......... :twisted:
