Apples to oranges.

Kamara had a good day but he didn’t run at a stacked line. We have a new strategy.

Run run pass penalty run throw long turnover on downs.

I think Carson’s grip on the field was due to all the tape he had on his
Shoes. Did you see those close up camera shots? Nothing but tape with
A couple cleats sticking out.

Everyone has off days and Carson is a legit #1 RB. But wowzers was this a bad day for him. This was his worst game as a pro IMO.

If I'm Pete, I keep him as the #1. I think the fumbles will get cleaned up, and the best way to move past the hesitation is with confidence.

Can you tell me why you think the fumbles get cleaned up. Or do you just hope it does?

Two things: First, I don't think Carson has had fumble issues previously, and I don't know that his style has necessiarly changed for the worse. It feels like he's always been around average with ball security, and the recent fumbalaitias is more due to external factors than him. If the external factors even out over time, and return to a more normal pace, his fumbles would also return to a more normal rate.

And two, maybe I'm just hoping that it does. Because if it doesn't, and if Carson isn't able to contribute, we're in a world of trouble.

Never saw Kamara slip once yesterday and NO is a dome team. Carson left a lot of yds on the field on like 3 occasions because he couldn't keep his feet. For a team that plays in the NW this should not happen.

Dating back to last year he has 5 fumbles in his last 10 games. It’s not going away. He has always had this issue.... people don’t want to admit it or they don’t know.

Actually he was benched in JUCO for fumble issues.

They got cleaned up for a good long time, that's why. He went a whole season without incurring anyone's wrath about the matter. People are just seeing what they want to see if they can't acknowledge that.

That said, he'd better pull his head out quickly. He's off to a terrible start this season.

When Carson become allergic to the football, I was hoping to see Homer get a few carries, but only Procise got carries over Carson... why??? Was Homer inactive???

Always compete is supposed to be the motto, so if true, Carson should sit

Yup..... 3.5ypc on the season and 4 fumbles don’t cut it. You will see though Pete has certain favorites where always compete doesn’t apply. This will show to be one. Not ok. This lack of accountability is what tore this thing down the first time.

I still don't get why people think 'always compete' means only on the field on Sunday.

He did have 2 hands until right before he got it knocked out. And that fluke bounce right to a guy who gets an easy TD. It was one of those days. But, there is NO excuse to be fumbling like he has been, period.
