Carroll sells home in King County (Last Spring)

Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll has sold his waterfront house in Hunts Point for $6.1 million, according to public records.
The deed, which King County recorded Thursday, lists the buyers as Jimmy and Patty Barrier. Until recently, they owned four Barrier Motors' Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Volvo stores in Bellevue.
