My answer is yes, though I figured I'd be the first to start a thread that brings out all the nay sayers. You guys need to start believing all the hype around us. We are the most complete. Key word is most, not fully, but most. No team is fully complete and I don't think people of this board understand this. We aren't going to win evrybgame and be perfect example Indy, but we do have what it takes to go toe to for with the best of them. Hell have we forgotten so quickly what we did against the broncos that first half in preseason. And for those who say its only preseason either didn't watch or forgot what that game looked like in the first half. The announcers even said that that game wasn't looking like a preseason game but two teams who were out to prove they are the best and throwing REAL formations out both defensively and offensively. What was the score at the end of the first half??? Thought so. Plus we need to have the confidence in Percy Harvin just like everyone else does in the media and our coaching staff and organization. Hence why it took so much to get him. This guy is as dynamic as it comes. I'm going to post highlights from him again just so everyone gets a reminder what we are getting back in just a few short weeks, and maybe sooner then we expect. This team is destined for greatness. Its right there for us to take it.

Of course they can, but it will be the biggest and toughest game of Carroll's career as a Hawk at that point. But, I'm going to enjoy the wins before worrying about that :thirishdrinkers:

We can beat ANYONE at home. New Orlens, Denver, KC, the 93 Cowboys, the 78 Steelers, the AFC Pro Bowl team, the 1991 All Madden team. We can beat ANYONE at Century Link field.

In a lofty place tanglin' with Satan over history.
Yes. I truly believe we can beat ANY team at the CLINK.
We really need to clean up some of our... miscues, tho. It's the little mental mistakes that make you lose against the Saints. I ain't scurred tho, Pete & Co. know the ropes.

If the Saints can't hear on the line, it'll be a suitably long day for Brees. I'm looking forward to it.

We definitely can't, we're just there to make up the numbers.

Think about it, the 2009/2010 Superbowl CHAMPION saints versus the lowly NFC Worst seahawks, the only team in history to win their division with a losing record? I would love it if Seattle win, but this game won't even be competitive man.

I have a feeling that the NFC East champ will join the Seahawks on that list (the winning the division with a losing record thing)

Is the game being played at the Clink? Well, then you have your answer.

If there's a single person on this board that doesn't think we can (and likely will), I'd question your knowledge of NFL football. Saints are about half as lethal on the road and we're twice as lethal at home, not to mention I'd take us 8 times out of 10 in a neutral site as well. And yes, the Pats just wrote the blueprint for how to stop Jimmy Graham with press coverage at the line of scrimmage. Luckily for us, we have the best weapons in the league for implementing that blueprint

Let's just keep winning so that game against the Saints means something.

Our biggest game is next week against the Rams.

No we can't. We got to 6-1 because we can't beat teams, especially not at home.

Which is HI-LAR-IOUS considering the biggest amount of bitching about a 7-9 team going to the playoffs came from fans of NFC East teams back in `10.

I've been thinking about that, too. We had a Cowboy troll over in the PI forum who constantly rubbed our noses in the fact that the NFC West was the weakest division in the league, weakest in the history of the game as he liked to put it. Now the worm has turned. It's a long ways till January, but there's a very good possibility that either the Cowboys, Eagles, or Skins will win that division with a 7-9 record.

CP_Returns_Again...I miss that little Cowpuke troll and his back-handed complements.

Would be funny to see the Cowboys or Skins get in at 7-9. The media was livid with the Hawks getting in with that record. I wonder how they'd react to one of their media darlings.

Why even ask this question? Pointless, pointless thread.

Actually that reply was pointless. The saints are the only other team with only 1 loss and as of yesterday they were the #1 seed. With looking at our schedule they seem to be the biggest game we have left on our schedule except maybe the 49ers. So yeah...some merit. Go ahead and reply to this I won't bother reading
