I would like to hear the excuse by any ref not to automatically call a TD when it's that close, since all scores are reviewed. That should be officiating 101

Yep. I mentioned that earlier. Same goes for a turnover. When in doubt, call it a turnover so that it gets reviewed without the team having to burn a challenge and risk a timeout.
