What? This hire makes no sense. Pegula says he's sick of the coaches who can't get them to the Super Bowl, so he promotes the OC.

Brady is an offensive coordinator who has been riding on the coattails of Joe Burrow and now Josh Allen. He had a couple of dismal years with the Carolina Panthers as OC (with first Teddy Bridgewater, then Sam Darnold as QBs) in 2020 and 2021.

They promoted him actually to VP of football ops. The bottom line is they have drafted horribly and have less talent overall than they did 5 years ago. Dude had to create a smokescreen to shield his incompetence.
