there you go, everyone.
Been saying that for years. This is a "desired results" league. You just know Rog would love Dallas and Pissburg to be relevant again. I hate that the league has that mentality but the league owes us after XL*.pehawk":3rslfk73 said:Got to protect the NFL's favored brands.
Good news is, Russell Wilson's marketability will make the Seahawks a favored franchise, soon.

This needs to be in the shack for an appropriate response.
I'm upset, as are the rest of us Seahawks fans, that this flippin' clown that threw Super Bowl XL in favor of the Steelers was allowed to go without penalty by the league until now. Not everything's about your 49ers.5_Golden_Rings":30ra68p4 said:RolandDeschain":30ra68p4 said:So, the Packers get a bad call that turns out to not have even affected the outcome of the game, and the whole world goes nuts, and NOW Leavy is downgraded?

In any other profession people are held accountable for their mistakes, even if they try hard. Why should refs be any different? Or are you upset about something more subtler, like the timing?
And besides, again, that call ultimately hurt the NINERS, not the Packers, because it should have been first and goal at the 3 (no penalty should have been called on Staley).
Considering he admitted to it Hell yes.Throwdown":iwaticca said:Should've been kicked out of the league after XL...
How does replay third down instead of fourth down hurt the 49ers? It gave them two opportunities to get into the endzone instead of just one. I believe the league has said staley should not have been penalized and im fact clay should have gotten a 2nd flag for the altercation which wouldve been 1st n goal for sfKixkahn":35m1itnx said:How does replay third down instead of fourth down hurt the 49ers? When asked if he was aware of the mistake, Packers coach Mike McCarthy said, "Yes. I mean, I'm aware of it now.
"Hey, that's part of the game. The ball doesn't always bounce your way."
