I would rather have Bevell stay as Russell stated in an interview, him and Bevell have a good communication skills between them and I would hate to see Russell have to learn a new offense again. Continuity is huge!

I know most of the nation thinks it was a bad move, but with highly touted defenses and only making it to the playoffs once in the last 6 years is garbage by anybody's standard. I would agree with you that he is a good coach, BUT the reason we brought in a new GM was to have a better team. So the new GM only tied to Lovie for one year said fine. I will get you players to win. Marshall broke Bears receiving records this year. We have a damn good RB with a good supporting cast. Our Oline is the weak point. Despite leading the league in turnovers and 5th over all defense, the offense managed to suck bad enough that we missed the playoffs after starting 7-1. If you guys remember, this is a Detroit Lions style collapse who probably had the worst front office in the history of the NFL. I could write you a book on it, but in the end Emery, the new GM has his name on the line too. Lovie like Dungy, which come from the same coaching tree SUCKED at getting a good offense together and the same rang through Lovies entire 9 years with the Bears. And Ill stop ranting bears on a seahawks message board lol sorry.

Russ is constantly analyzing film of the defense, critiquing himself and his footwork. I think he'll be fine if Bevell is promoted to a better position elsewhere.

It doesnt matter its Petes offense if we get a new oc it will be Petes offense they adjust to us. It will be the same system.
