Beautiful play

This is not a big "explosive" play, but I think it's one of the most beautiful I've seen from the Hawks on offense in quite some time:

Yep, under center in basically a run formation, effective play action fake, and rollout to throw to the crossing WR.

Not super creative, but good play design.

Love the effort. Not a lot of bodies just stading around taking up space. Everyone in on a conjoined effort. It's great to see. I even remember seeing Riq on the tush push play by the Saints try and push the pile back instead of just standing there like he would normally do. Overall they get an A for effort.

On that Saubert pass by Darnold, while watching it live on the sideline view, I thought Sam was about to pull a Geno there and throw it into triple-coverage.

Did not see Saubert until after the pass was complete to him. Whew!

Same. I saw Kupp making his way to the goaline trailed by 3 defenders, then when the ball left Darnold's hand I thought, "oh no"! Luckily he was targeting Saubert. I have no doubt in my mind had that of been Geno, he would have forced it to Kupp.

The new RB signing, Khalil Herbert, has a number of highlights that look a lot like this play. So clearly MikeMac highly values that type of extra effort.

That play reminds me of the LOB years when the offense rallied around Beastmode they used to do that all the time...

I absolutely love that play! Even K9 and JSN got in on the action.

Darnold can freaking move! And throw at the sane time!
