It will provide more opportunities to minorities to prove they are worthy of these positions. If they are not great at their job they won’t be considered by other teams so the idea that teams will hire minorities just for a chance at compensatory picks is ridiculous. If you are not currently working to get a chance to be a HC or GM why do you care. I have an idea why...

So if they are bad and the team let’s them go do they lose picks? They should. I hope the NFL only allows minority hires going forward. Times have changed and they need to go all in.
