simply untrue, you can't own firearms if you have domestic assault violations. Free men own guns, subjects dont.
As Chukarhawk said... you can't own firearms if you have a domestic... therefore, his status obviously has something to do with his ability to own one and law enforcement/media "oh yeah its cool he might have some firearms..." (even though legally he shouldn't...)

Oh and lets not forget.. resisting arrest (which is what he's doing)... is illegal and not really considered a misdemeanor afaik.
or how he got a really sweet deal form his prior case where he assaulted the delivery driver and had to pay up like 1.4 million for damages... after being released on bond and surrender firearms last year.

The dude is a mental head case that shouldn't be near or own a firearm.

Okay you two, my post was sarcasm.
I'm perfectly aware that a person isn't supposed to have guns with a conviction for this but it happens all the time in the USA & almost nobody bats an eyelash about it so stop with the faux outrage.
