No, you always try, just that Exile for two weeks a year so everyone can regress in grammer and spelling will give you purpose when you return could become a annual ritual.

On a serious note:
I applaud all our new Moderators for volunteering to help out, it's not always fun and very undervalued and underappreciated until you go someplace else and see the difference over all.
With our growth and I am saying close to 1500 and it could be more over a year and a half to two years things have been hopping, add that we are now the popular franchise as in like and to hate, our traffic has grown exponentially.
The new Moderators are a mix of old and newer members, as well as our first Woman Moderator also in Miz, Kidhawk was part of .NET as far back as I can remember and has been here as a Moderator before going back to the Fanstop Days and before.
They know our History and values and what’s important not only to the Forum but all of you as well, what makes this a special place.
As Kid said Les is irreplaceable, this was in motion before he was taken from us, we can only hope to carry on, there is no filling his shoes, just hope of emulating his wishes and methods as best we can.
All and All we have a reprsentation added that we hope crosses all ages and perspectives.
