The irony is.....and lots will disagree...is that the 1976 expansion year was a watershed moment for unis. They are the best in my opinion. I loved Seattle's (duh) and TBs uniforms.

Back in Seattle.
Does anyone here miss the tweener unis? I don't recall one post asking to bring back those 2000's era jerseys. I don't mind them but really don't need to see them again, personally.

As long as they don't go the way of the NCAA. I swear, Oregon (or was it Oregan St) used to wear a different uniform at every game, it seemed. Love the move, though.

Love this. Right in time for our year of celebrating 50 seasons. I expect to see them use all four opportunities.

I liked 'em ! I could go for 3 appearances of the real throwbacks and 1 of the Holmgren uniform. Lot of really cool history associated with those. Lot of shitty history too, but I tend to let that go.

It’s beyond ridiculous that there’s a limit on how many times you can wear a different version of your own uniform.

I want to change from the current uniform, why is this so hard?

I enjoy the current uniforms. And adding in more uses of alternates only makes it more fun. However, the neon green ones hurt my head every time I see them. If we could do our throwbacks instead of the "Color Rush" neon green, I'd be down with that.

I wonder, if we were to go back to our throwbacks, if there would be a "color rush" option in that uni configuration? Like say, original Seahawk blue pants to match our old blue jerseys? Or white pants with the road white jersey? Any of you computer design talented guys/gals have something we could look at and see how atrocious it is?

Did I suffer a blow to the head recently or did the League actually make a decision that makes sense?
If this was posted today I would definitely be thinking it was an April Fool's lie.

It was Oregon and they wear 'Costumes" not uniforms.

Because I love them, and I feel strongly (albeit biasedly) they are one of the coolest looking uniforms in the league, and I think a lot of fans feel the same way. I wouldn't mind a "bridge" tweak from the old to the current, and I always think uniforms can use a little "refreshing" even to the legacy, legendary brands like Raiders, Packers, Steelers, etc...After all, it is the 3rd decade of the 21st Century.

And please, just say NO to EVER bringing back those Holmgren/Hass/Alexander Era "Gun Metal Blues"!!

A hideous era of our uniforms. BLECK!
