49ers trade for Osa Odighizuwa (funny)...

So I don't typically start threads here when the Niners sign/trade for anyone because I'm aware most here don't really care....

....but this one is too good not to share. Not because of who he is (whom I like quite a bit), but about how delusional the Cowboy fanbase is.

At some point this week, a Giants fan posted something about the Niners maybe resigning Dre Greenlaw (which they just did BTW) and how it would make Fred Warner expendable. So like right away...its just...what? Repeat that to me again?

So SOMEHOW that got into Cowboys fans heads as a real possibility that when they traded Osa Odighizuwa they could get Fred Warner in return. I'm not kidding.

All over my timeline are fans who are complaining that they ONLY got a 3 and "What happened to getting Fred Warner!?! WTF?".

How can a fanbase be THAT delusional?

Hate this trade. The 49ers are the beneficiary of the Cowboys' stupidity. Odighizuwa is a plus defensive tackle who can pressure the QB. The Cowboys obviously traded him after signing him to a long term contract because they got Kenny Clark and Quinnen Williams in trades later. Then they trade Odighizuwa for a 3rd rounder? How does that make sense?

Nah....not who I follow but who I interact with and respond to.

BTW my comment wasn't about whether the trade was good or not, but that there was a universe in which Cowboy fans thought they could get Fred Warner at all, not just for Osa.
