Kubiac is better than what's-his-name from last year, but that was a VERY low bar that was set. And it's showing in this game. Or at least, in that goal-line series.

Why do the refs blow the whistle when the runner is still progressing towards the goal line? If they did it because the Hawks were pushing the runner, why doesn't Philly get the whistle blown as soon on the TUSH PUSH?
