Yeah, it's a slam dunk that the Cowboys would be in a Prime Time game in the first week of the season. They always get a boat load of Prime Time games. They need to get them in early so they don't get flexed later in the season when they're 2-12.

It all depends on how Sam does in his 2nd year, imo.

If he takes another step forward like many here hope (and I think he will), we're going to have another fun season regardless of being on Hard Knocks.

I believe we are just emerging, but I'm hesitant to be giddy. Who wins a Super Bowl in their first 2 years of head coaching? Mike mutha phucking Macdonald. Of all the coaches we've had...

Im excited for Hard Knocks... every team already has Camera crew all over the place.. its more about how the players pay attention to it during pre season.

2026 NFL schedule release: Chiefs, Broncos to face off in 'Monday Night Football' season premiere

No strangers to opening their season in prime time, the Kansas City Chiefs will welcome the standalone spotlight once more to begin 2026.

This time around, they'll be doing so against the team that snapped their nine-season run as AFC West champions when they take on the Denver Broncos at 8 p.m. ET on Sept. 14 in the season premiere of Monday Night Football, ESPN announced. A location for the game has yet to be finalized.

As Andy Reid and Sean Payton prepare their charges for their season debut, the biggest question marks for each will be at quarterback.

All signs point to Denver quarterback Bo Nix being back from an ankle injury suffered in last season's AFC Divisional Round win over the Buffalo Bills.
