Finishing 8-8 or 9-7 and not making the playoffs would suck. If they don't make the playoffs, I want a top 5 or 10 draft pick.

If they do bad enough to get a high draft pick, maybe it will force them to make the necessary changes to the roster/coaching staff.

Nah, winning game is more important than a top 10 draft pick. This team has no business drafting anywhere but in the high 20's, at the worst.
