Geno did give credit to the play calling for yesterday's win. I think Geno sticks to the script...maybe even too much sometimes.

It is interesting that almost every player that has played under PC thinks highly of him as a person and coach. .net experts: "He will never win a SB. Horrible coach. He is holding us back. Fire him!" It is also interesting that many Seahawks player praised Geno said that the team was lucky...

We have the best defense in the NFL

I agree. The I agree. The D is good but there is plenty of room for improvements. Still too many missed assignment in the backfield and they have a serious problem covering the screen.

Geno Isn't the Guy. Sad to Say (Main)

He didn't intercept it. The DB dropped it. The first INT was a throw to DK. The other INT was when the DL dropped back and tipped the ball to himself.

The near pick 6 was definitely JSN stopping his route after Geno threw the ball. The 2 interceptions were extraordinary defensive plays.

Geno Is the Guy. Happy to Say

I would think that failure against m2m is more of an indicator of the WRs not getting separation then it is against Geno.

Which not a single person here is doing.

I put some of the blame on the play calling. Other than the Bobo play (and Bobo made that one work) there doesn't seem to be much creativity when they get into the red zone.

Geno Is the Guy. Happy to Say

Seeing as how his ceiling greatly raised in just the last 2 years, I would say probably not......or maybe last season was a fluke. Either way, it is hard to tell after only 7 games where we are 5-2 this season.

Geno Isn't the Guy. Sad to Say (Main)

Well, of course everybody wants a Mahomes.....on a Jimmy G paycheck. Only problem is that there are not 32 Mahomes playing every season. They are hard to come by and normally take a 1-10 draft pick. We had our QBotF, Wilson....until he wasn't. No, I agree that Geno does not have much gas left...

Geno Isn't the Guy. Sad to Say (Main)

I agree and noticed that same thing with Geno and Wilson. The truly great QBs usually act like they've never thrown a pick in their lives after they just threw one.

Geno Isn't the Guy. Sad to Say (Main)

What exactly does the "QB of the future" look like? Most high round drafted QBs are often not successful. As I have mentioned before, Geno's stats as a Seahawk are better then any other Seahawk QB we have had, other than Wilson. Personally, I think it is much better for the team in the long...

Geno Isn't the Guy. Sad to Say (Main)

I'm actually kind of surprised that you are taking such an aggressive stance on this. To me, you always seemed to be a guy that understood that we (as lowly forumites) really do not know what is true story is. Maybe Geno was told to take more chances with his throws and let his receivers make...

Turnover worthy throws???? WTF is that and when did that become a thing? Some people seem pretty desperate when they need to use stats of what COULD have happened to make their point.

TRADE ALERT!!! Leonard Williams to the Seahawks!

Not quite sure of what you mean by Geno not hitting his incentives. All of his incentive are end-of-season incentives. He gets $2mil each if he beats his stats from last year in: Passing Yards (4,282) Passing Touchdowns (30) Completion % (69.8) Passer Rating (100.9) Wins (9) If he surpasses...

Geno Isn't the Guy. Sad to Say (Main)

I have come to the conclusion that many people here either have short memories or too high of expectations.....or maybe a combination of both. Is Geno an elite QB? No...and I don't think very many people are claiming he is. Is he a decent QB? Yes...he is normally accurate, has good mechanics...

    #2 in NFC !

That pretty much describes 75% of games in football.

TRADE ALERT!!! Leonard Williams to the Seahawks!

I am highly disappointed that JS/PC did not consult the expert football minds of this forum before making this trade. I mean, we at least have 300 years of experience with high school football, Madden, and flag football that greatly eclipses the experience of JS/PC. Some of us may even have...

NFL mulls discipline for safety Seahawks' Jamal Adams

????? Are you sure we are talking about the same play? It wasn't even close to being a horse collar. Simmon's right hand was on the ball and his left was on Geno's left bicep.
