    Legion Of Doom?

I knew that McDonalds scheme was special when we played the Ravens two?? years ago. Our offense had no idea where to go. It felt like the defenders just materialized out of thin air blocking every escape route or check down. Needless to say, I was excited when we went after McDonald and as...

    Anyone still worried?

I'm afraid we are going to use all of our points in the first half.

If they put the Browns on Hard Knocks it will be a ratings dynamo.

PFF Offensive Line Rankings Ahead Of Week 16

That's one possibility. The other possibility is that the horrendous offensive line talent might constrain the options the offensive coordinator has available.

    Geno injury

No he didn't defeat the rush by moving, he defeated the rush by passing the ball quickly. When he played the Seahawks in SB 48, he didn't evade anything. Evading wasn't really is talent.

    Geno injury

Peyton Manning had two things going for him. First he was great at deciphering what the defense was doing and taking advantage of any attempt to blitz him by quickly finding the vacated spot and getting the ball there quickly. Second, he played behind decent offensive lines. However, when...

    QB for 2025 season

The problem is that you can't fix it all at once. I look at the current situation and think that replacing a QB is far more difficult than to build out an offensive line. There are organizations who have been trying to find QB for years. Cleveland, New York Jets, New York Giants, Denver...

    QB for 2025 season

All of which had decent offensive lines.

    Can't wait to hear...

Yeah, right. Their game plan was to run the ball down our throat and to destroy our offensive line.

And I thought Genos pocket presence sucked

He had to run things through Howell's arm because the offensive line was being pushed into the backfield play after play. You couldn't run laterally because GB just pushed our line back into the backfield. Running wasn't much of an option.

Might be time to draft a QB

It's kind of funny. Last week we finally had a game when the offensive line wasn't overmatched. Guess what, the offense looked like a normal offensive. Geno Smith played under control, didn't seem to reach and everything looked good. Then this game happened---our line got beat like a drum...

Grubb doesn't help the OL or the QB

Lafleur didn't have to blitz or stunt because he had a decent line. We did. Thus, what LaFleur didn't can't work for us because we don't have the offensive line to put the defense in such a desperate situation.

Might be time to draft a QB

Yeah a young QB will do great with this offensive line.

Might be time to draft a QB

We need to get decent linemen. It's obvious.

Grubb doesn't help the OL or the QB

What's funny is that it is all just sitting there in front of you and you can't see it. Compare the pocket Love gets compared to the pocket Geno or Howell get. It has nothing to do with the play calling it is simply physical control of the line of scrimmage.
