I hope the team doesn't need much more time to see their answer on the Rucker question.

I understand everyone is going to blame the manager because he seems the most replaceable (as always), but I'm still stuck back on the fact that we still have four automatic outs in the lineup. It's one better than last year, and it's one less than what we'll have when Julio gets back. But still.

This is a team built around winning with good defense and meh-whatever offense (sound familiar?).

Surprise Atop ESPN League DT Rankings

Definitely thinking of someone else - nobody has spent LESS time on this board over the years pounding the table for OL. I've been the one guy (Kearly used to as well) who has been trying to point out that OL quality has lost a significant part of its correlation to winning over the last two...

I still cannot believe we got that guy. I've been pounding the table for years for a truly disruptive, game-changing player at that position, more than at any other position. John went out on a limb to get him and it worked out in spades. And then did the same thing for the guy behind him.

Soon as Naylor went down in the 10th, I figured we were done. We've got nobody at RF right now.

Randy fifth in the league in HBP's with 14. Two on in the 8th, no outs. Any runs? ...three this time. Way to wear Faucher down for a wild pitch run to take the lead.

Why didn’t the Seahawks cut Anthony Bradford?

Bradford has improved...somewhat. He's still making bonehead plays that an NFL-standard guard shouldn't be making. Had a couple in the championship game that could have lost us the whole thing. But like others have said, we have real coaching now, and he's not making much. Keep him and see what...

The Mariners are the only team in the league that could win the World Series and bore the snot out of everyone doing it.

Well that was the most Mariner game ever. No hits anywhere, Munoz tries to blow it and can't.
