Which coach has us at 6-0 right now?

I think we're arguing different points. As I mentioned, "They (Jody and JS) set the standard by which Mike is being judged. It may not be fair to him, but it is a fair line of judgment." Notice that I also don't think it's fair to Macdonald, but Jody and JS did drop him into a win-now situation...

Which coach has us at 6-0 right now?

Pete and John have had the same level of control since 2021. For the last point, you stated "We’re paying Adams 20 million to not play this year for us." What's the implication of that comment? Is Seattle struggling with the lack of cap space from Adams? My point was to highlight that Seattle...

Aros' Fearless Prediction Thread (@ Falcons)

I feel pretty good about this one. The Falcons' pass defense and pass rush are near the bottom of the league, and Geno's playing in a dome. We should be able to score. Similarly, we match up pretty well with the Falcons' offense, so hopefully, that will translate to at least one stop. Seahawks...

    How former Seahawks are doing

    How former Seahawks are doing

Don't forget D.J. Reed. He's the third-highest-rated nickel corner, with a grade of like 87. I still can't believe we let that guy walk.

    Seattles defensive savior?

Eventually, this guy will realize that his only shot at staying in the league is becoming a linebacker. His coverage numbers are almost as bad as having no one on the field.

Well, 'something' seems wrong - per Lockett

The author took Tyler's comments about how to fix procedural mistakes and extrapolated that Rome was burning. It's crazy that we're even entertaining this idea with evidence that poor.

Which coach has us at 6-0 right now?

Were you making this argument in 2022, when Seattle paid Russ 26 million not to play for us, and Jamal missed the entire season with a cap hit of 10M? I doubt it. I'm sure most would agree that the previous staff has had some impact on the situation. However, blaming Pete for roster...

His CPOE was still positive against the Niners, so I doubt he overthrew guys as often as you remember. He also would have had nearly 400 yards and 2TDs if Walker set his feet, so while Geno struggled against the Niners, he wasn't nearly as bad as the eye-test crowd believes.

Well, 'something' seems wrong - per Lockett

Again, much like this guy's last article, the author jumps to wild conclusions from Lockett's relatively benign comment.

    Hypothetical trade

I'll pass. We have plenty of young, talented edge defenders.

Was Grubb a Schneider or a Macdonald hire?

I don't think there's any issue with team chemistry or cohesion. There is a lot of pressure on the offense, and Geno and DK played their worst games of the season. Visible frustration is nothing new from those two. However, if Tyler starts getting into sideline yelling matches, it's probably...

Is DK actually receiving too many targets?

I never thought I'd be defending DK. However, the numbers don't support the idea that Geno is force-feeding him to the detriment of others. This is probably a combination of A) recency bias and B) passing volume. A) DK played his worst game of the season. B) Seattle's throwing the ball over 40...

Have you watched Tom Brady? You could fill an afternoon watching videos of his sideline tantrums.

    Will we start 3-6?

That would be pretty embarrassing for the franchise, so I certainly hope not.

    Russell Wilson is ready!!

Russ starting was bound to happen. Fields hasn't played great. He's not making big plays or moving the ball efficiently. He grades out like Denver Russ without the explosive plays.

    This guy has the answers

I agree with the core point he raised in the video. The defense is not far away, and they have the talent to be pretty good. There were some minor things, like attributing miscommunication to the coaches, that I disagreed with, but overall, it was an interesting watch.

Obviously. But consider that Seattle did the same thing this offseason, and our offense has remained relatively consistent. Meanwhile, Washington went from 30th to 2nd, and their only significant changes were at QB and TE.

Howell was historically bad in an offense that is now (checks notes) #2 in scoring with a rookie quarterback.
