    We are so poorly coached.

I asked in the main forum…how long would PC & JS be available if we fired them? Nobody responded. The answer is how long it takes their agents to negotiate the highest paid contract ever for a coach and GM. 3 days max.

Ignoring the O-line? I’m guessing that will be a huge strength next year. But, hey, I’m optimistic and probably shouldn’t be posting here. I feel good about the trajectory of the team. Maybe it’s just me. Kinda ironic…I felt this way in 2003 and 2012. Hopefully I’m correct again.

Do you not think they expected to win? Every team is talented and can win every week. Including us. We lost by a missed FG.

Run defense, pass defense? Is it not better. The O-line? There are significant improvements.

Sperry, I can’t respond if you don’t quote directly. You’re mixing our messages.

And the lose? Not worth it? Like getting upset with your children for something. Are you upset? Sure. Do you stop loving them and supporting them, or realize they’re young and need guidance, support and wisdom.

Then don’t man. Do something else on your Sundays or any day they play.

So you enjoy pain? And then complain about what you wanted in the first place?

I’m sorry, I already replied, but this is the most shortsighted comment. Watching a good football game, without refs interfering, is a great experience. Better if we win but doesn’t take away from the beauty of the game or who wins.

Then why watch? You subject yourself to torture for who’s benefit?

Because we aren’t that good yet. We’re growing. It’s the most fun part of watching something you care about. Not unlike watching your kids grow and learn, become adults and then win. This team is in teenage mode…not quite ready to be adults. We teach as parents and coaches will teach as they do.

Name the teams that won a SB in the last 10 years? We were grateful once for getting a good coach. Knox…made us respectable. Holmgren…made this a destination place and almost won it. Carroll…win every year and a SB. Get the guillotine.

Go talk with Steeler fans…they feel the same. Yet, winning records every single year than an abbreviation.

Again, they aren’t. Win on Thursday and we’re right in it for the division and playoffs. Take the eyore approach if that makes you feel better. I don’t live my life that way, regardless of what has happened in my life.

I appreciate this post. It’s honest and forthright. What were your expectations for this team though?

It’s not a big deal. Where was this team going this year? I’ve said repeatedly this isn’t an Owl team. Anyone that thought that is insane. I see progress and growth. You can see what you want and like. Be miserable at the same time.

I’ve watched every game and all but a couple were supremely competitive, while growing. The hero McVay literally almost quit last offseason because he knew his team would not be a playoff team.

You’re spoiled brats, frankly. We have a good team. We’re still good and growing. We win next week and we’re right in it. Negativity = Seahawks.net
