We need to run the ball..

Indeed. They suck at screens. And all this PA isnt helpful if they aren't committed to running it.

Does anyone else miss natural fields?

Yes. There's also a lot of data that suggests artificial turf results in more injuries.

    Run. The. Bucking. Fall.

Fine. Throw out Charbs's big run. Walker is still at 3 ypc. Those are mostly wins. This Falcons D will wear down. They're not at all stout.

    Run. The. Bucking. Fall.

Um, that the Hawks rush offense has consistently improved, and the narrative that they can't run is BS?

    Run. The. Bucking. Fall.

The stats for a number of recent weeks do.

    Run. The. Bucking. Fall.

That is how the run game works. 2 here, 3 there, none here, then you bust one.

    Run. The. Bucking. Fall.

BS. 6 carries for 43 yards.

    Run. The. Bucking. Fall.

This 2-1 pass to run ratio isn't it. They're wasting another superb D performance in the name of trying to be clever.

Atlanta blitzes 2nd most behind Minnesota

But we should beat the Falcons comfortably. So a loss there would be more annoying. I can handle losing to Jonathan Taylor, especially since we should have drafted him.

    Chip Kelly fired

I still can't believe Hawk fans we're rooting for him to be OC. Oregon fans, maybe? Other than his novel first season with constant hurry up offense, he has been dismal in the NFL. A few former players have claimed he created a toxic locker room. A former executive said free agents wouldn't go...

Can we stop the "Bradford" trial?

His processing isn't great. I've seen him blow a lot of people up, though. I don't think he's as bad as his worst moments would indicate. However, Haynes tends to get pushed backward with regularity. I've been holding out hope that Cabledue or Richman would jump them both.

Atlanta blitzes 2nd most behind Minnesota

    I'm worried about this game.

I'll take the Win. For Sure. But.

Totally. I'd go further and claim that the run game was mostly succesful, especially moving into the 2nd quarter. And there was no scoreboard pressure to necessitate doing anything too drastic in terms of adjustments. The only team on the field that could beat the Seahawks yesterday was the...

I'll take the Win. For Sure. But.

How many times have we seen the Hawks utterly blow a game against a bad team or team with a bad quarterback? Colt McCoy, anyone? Mike Glennon had a 21-0 lead on the LoB. The LoB Hawks couldn't beat an Austin Davis-led Rams team! The LoB Hawks lost to Alex Smith's mighty 108 pass yards. In...

    Worst Dominating Win...

I'm finally sold on Kubiak, after today, myself. They only team in that stadium that could beat the Seahawks today was the Seahawks. Dumb it down. Win the game. Side note: analytics have gone too far. O'Connell going for it on fourth when they could have tied the game with a UDFA rookie QB in...

Chip just isn't a good NFL coach.

    POLL: Do You Trust Sam?

I don't think I agree. How many QBs have a good game when they're pressured 27 times during their first playoff appearance? I bet not many. All he has to do in games like last week's is take a sack or dirt the ball. I think he can do that. He presses when he doesn't need to.
