    Malik Willis' debut

This guy caught my eye at the 0:48 mark. Unfortunate. https://www.baltimoreravens.com/team/players-roster/diego-fagot/

Baldy's Breakdown of Cross & Lucas

Cross, Lucas, Woolen, Bryant, and Mafe all look to be solid contributors in year one. Walker too even if RB is not as highly valued.

    To Be Expected

Woolen playing man when everyone else was playing zone for the first TD. Johnson — who made a lot of plays otherwise — taking an INT off his chest plate instead of using his hands. Fant lazily stepping out of bounds and then a concentration drop to end Geno’s last drive. Bryant burned for a TD...

Don't listen to people who base it all on statistics

Dog house for what? The overthrown pass? Overall, I thought Lock and Geno were pretty close, although I thought Lock was a little more decisive. I love his release. So no winner, but one's 25 with 3 years experience, the other 31 with 9 years experience. I'm starting Lock week 1.

    Stone is a liability

That was an ugly play on what was a decent night for the OL in general.

Lock vs Geno- QB Starter Battle

Lock looked a little more decisive with the ball today. I liked when he audibled at the line and it turned into a nice DJ Dallas run. The horrid overthrow in the 4th didn't look good though. The sack fumble wasn't his fault unless he was supposed to assign protection. Not sure what Forcythe...

Do you consider 1 championship with Wilson a disappointment?

Had a friend point this out to me just a couple days ago. Missed it if it was ever linked on this site. Good read. Fade, you nailed it! https://www.si.com/nfl/2018/09/07/seattle-seahawks-dismantling-rift-russell-wilson-pete-carroll

    T-minus 1 day and counting ...

Best part of this depth chart is that there is actual DEPTH! Particularly in the secondary. Wow. Somebody's going to give us a 5th midseason for Artie Burns -- and I'm going to giggle.

    Denver rooting for Drew

If you're interested in Denver at all. Kinda interesting. I like the hosts' mic drop move -- raising the coffee cup. Drew Lock convo starts at 9:07. https://denverfan.com/2099738/are-you-rooting-for-drew-lock/

    Nathan Rourke

I remember this baseball pitcher who had a 104 mph fastball with pinpoint accuracy coming out of college, but when he got to camp we found out he was the slowest guy on the team! Good thing we cut him. /sarcasm

    Top Tier QBs…”Pass” on Seattle?

Back to original topic, why wouldn’t a QB want to come to a team with strong, young defense; running game, WRs and TEs? Couple that with a player-friendly atmosphere and SB winning coach, I would imagine Seattle will be a prime destination next year.

    Top Tier QBs…”Pass” on Seattle?

I think he means like Bevell, who took offense at suggestions that the slant at the one in the SB was a bad call.

Abraham Lucas or Jake Curhan, who has edge in Right Tackle competition?

It may be Curran starts this year at RT, then slides inside and Lucus starts in year 2. Jackson’s dead cap this year is $12M and drops to $3M next. He’ll also be 34, so if the young guys got, that would be the time to cut him. This might be Lucas’ redshirt year.

    Dunlap to the Chiefs

He's a 4-3 DE, so his role doesn't exist here any more. Good dude though. I'm glad he latched on with a decent team to finish out his career.

Who will be starting corners Week 1? (Poll)

I think Jones and Burns will start the season, but I am confident in our depth which goes 6-7 deep. More telling will be who starts next year as Jones and Burns are on one-year deals and may both be expendable by years' end.

I think the Coaches are correctly managing the situation with QBs currently on the roster

In Lock's presser I was encouraged when he acknowledged that he needs to take better care of the football and not be as much of a "gunslinger". Specifically he talked about not forcing it down field when a check down is there, and not taking a sack waiting for something to open up and just...

    Seahawks Sign DT Antonio Valentino

I don't know who he is either. Did he make them an offer they couldn't refuse?

    Reuben Foster

He was a Butkus award winner at one point. Had lots of legal problems: pot, DV, weapons charges... He's 28 now and been out of the league a couple years. Maybe older and wiser; maybe just older.
