    Absolutely NOT! It would penalise teams who invest in long-term developmental players, (such as Milroe), and teams that are suffering multiple short-term injuries. It would make short week games more uncompetitive.

    On paper all the changes make sense. Ultimately the officials on the field must retain the power to over-rule any call made by 'NFL staff' who are somewhere else. There are still plenty of things i'd like to see tweaked.
