What would it take for Wilson to win MVP?

Mahomes looked pretty human last night. Albeit he's injured, but it does open the door a bit more for Russ. Awful lot of football yet to play.

    710 new morning show *yawn*

Glad Salk is gone. He made me change the station and that;s how I found one of the best Seahawk 10 minutes with Gregg Bell. Not a lot of BS and good information. I like Danny. I like Jim Moore. Their both odd balls.

    Fluke game

I think we were the fluke team. At least that's what I'm hoping. New Orleans is for real. We are not good enough to shoot ourselves in the foot. If we play better fundamental football, we have a good chance against anyone.

    Will we go after Ramsey?

Our CB's are not that bad and their young. They'll keep learning. By week 7 this D has a chance to be a monster as long as we stay healthy on the Dline. We'll be getting Reed back and the young guys will have 6 more weeks of experience. I can see a Dline of Ziggy, Jedaveon, Poona and Collier...

RW named NFC offensive player of the week

:sarcasm_on: I've always found his canned responses offensive. It's about time he got called out for it. :sarcasm_off:

My thought on the peril of a run first identity

I would add that no matter your teams identity you have to be healthy. Sweezy and likely Fluker, were not 100%, which made running very tough. So you say why didn't we pass more? And I answer bad pass blocking. Russell was swamped repeatedly. That could also be attributed to health of the line...

    Officals for Saturday's games

I think both threads say more about fan psychology than whether these refs will be or are fair.

I understand why the Hawks were predicted to go 4-12

Agreed. We all know these things. I never thought they'd win less than 9 games, but I can see how someone on the outside, looking at the number of players we lost, the amount of "reported" dysfunction in the locker room that we were headed for a losing season. And really this post is more...

I understand why the Hawks were predicted to go 4-12

And this article highlights much of the turmoil that was going on last off season and early in the season. https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2018/ ... g-fracture Kudos to Pete, John and the players. Especially the young guys that really stepped up. Go Hawks

    Is it just me or?

I've been impressed with the way Hundlebeebus handles himself at the coin toss. We're good in this dept.

    McDougald's health is very important

Guy is so good, we really need him. Hope he gets healthy, but think it will be unlikely. Without him I think the KC game could get ugly. Still hopeful, but...

Brock Huard and Michael Bennett Twitter interaction

It exists, and it's flat and blue.

Frank Clark "Richard Sherman and his era is over here"

Jeezo guys, he's injured and watching a game that was 3- 0 for 45 minutes. ADB is fine, though I agree he is unlikely to be here next year, but not because of having a Sherman vibe. He's getting old and pricey. I will wish him well.

    Phantom Personal Foul on Ifedi

That's exactly what I saw. Very confusing and likely just another bad call. Love the Hawks, but am hating refs, and penalties, they are killing the game.

Frank Clark "Richard Sherman and his era is over here"

When you worry more about who's getting credit and what's going on your Hall of Fame resume than winning, you are no longer an asset. Buh Bye.

Ohhhh the missed call on Wagz

Should have been called. I wish it had so we could have stuffed them one more time. I'm of the opinion of Pete Carrol, that was some beautiful football. Smash mouth, hard nosed, wake up sore for the next few days football. Yeah baby!
