Totally agree. The Minnesota MNF game was when it all clicked. Our rush game was basically unstoppable that game.

KC announces 20% fan attendance for opening game

Not sure what that would accomplish? If anything, the monkey wrench of the normal cold and flu season during colder months causing panic because people will all assume they have Covid is going to complicate things.

    DK

His work ethic is showing. There have been other guys as physically gifted (although not many, he's that much of an athletic freak) But he's putting in the work. Russ has taken him under his wing, and if you're putting in work to the level that RW is, you're in good shape!!!

KC announces 20% fan attendance for opening game

Atl has already announced 0 fans for our opener in ATL. I like how the NFL isn't making any sweeping policy yet. Play it by ear, prepare to have fans if your market is one of the states seeing less and less cases. Seems like a good sign to me. My worry is actually getting a completed season.

    Preseason

Would be a catch 22- It's a nice fail safe in case half your roster catches the Covid, But it's also more guys to potentially bring it into your bubble. Plus, you have to pay them. MLB hasn't shown a model where they actually make teams play without their covid players by using the taxi squad...

    Giddy

It will be remembered for sure. I don't think an * is warranted. They usually taint or lessen an accomplishment. Winning this year would be a major accomplishment. Not only navigating the football waters. But all the pandemic crap too. Just keeping your team healthy and on the field is going...

    Preseason

I was just thinking about how I'll miss the preseason. Now I'm not a season tix holder that is forced to pay full prices for two exhibition games. But wetting our football appetite, getting to know the new rookies/FA's and ramping up for the season is great. Especially with warm weather still...

History of players signing for less late and when

So im thinking back, when have we ever seen a Clowney situation, where a star hits FA. doesn't get what he expects so eventually signs a smaller/shorter deal. When does that usually happen, camp just started. Wait until the season starts? Sit out the entire year? I can't remember someone...

Seahawks 6th in initial PFT power rankings

IF DK takes another step forward this year, he's got the physical traits to be a top 10 receiver in the league. Lockett is a stud, but beyond those 2 the receiving core is a bit shaky. I like the Dorsett signing, Would LOVE if Gordon came back. I don't love the TE room as much as some on here...

    Seahawks Won't Make The Playoffs?

Niners are due for major regression. Everything that could go right for them did. Super bowl loser hangover is real. Their QB is JAG.

    Letting Russell cook (article)

Also means quicker 3 and outs. And handing it back over to our undermanned defense.

    Disappointing - Irvin’s contract numbers

KC offered a great deal that we couldn't refuse. We still have Collier for 3 years potentially 4 if we pick up the 5th year option. Go back to Franks first year, (it was much better than Colliers) but he wasn't the Frank Clark we know now. Pass r ushers need time to develop.

    Disappointing - Irvin’s contract numbers

Griffen is waiting for Clowney to set the market I guess.

No first round bye would be a failure

Who knows man. Before last year noone saw SF doing what they did. Same with Tennessee and Baltimore to a degree. The NFL is a crap shoot every year.

    Insider says faster offense coming

Allow me to play devils advocate for one sec. A lot of that 4th quarter magic comes with RW's legs. I for one don't want him running MORE. When we do straight drop back passing, our line usually makes RW use his legs to either extend or outright scramble, Or add to his league leading sack...

    Opponent for Opening Weekend ??

Guys there is WWWAAAYYYY too much money on the line to cancel the season. Korean baseball just opened back up, the Bundesliga is opening up at the end of May. There is NO way Roger 40 Million a year Goodell is letting the season be canceled. With that said. I say @ LA

ESPN to broadcast "Fail Mary" as part of MNF Classics.

LOL that's a GREAT game to have attended. I don't go to many games in person either, the last one was a dud (the Cardinals loss in week 16 of our super bowl year) BUT the game prior to that was the Beast Quake game!!!

    Strongest division in football

Jeeze Chet, lighten up man!! 1-5 in division??? We signed like 15 offensive lineman. We brought in two proven average ish edge rushers, and the roster is not yet done. PS: We still have the best quarterback in the division. Which in football we all know is the great equalizer. With all the...

    Rumor... Clowney to Seattle

I find it so funny that people criticize players for trying to get the biggest contract they can. In a thread RIGHT above two about players who have been cut to clear up cap and the amount we save.

    Rumor... Clowney to Seattle

Griffen is interesting, in a normal year, he wouldn't sign until Clowney sets the market. But this is very much not a normal year. I wonder what those negotiations look like. Cause teams aren't going to want to set a bar with him before Clowney signs, could you imagine if a team gave Griffin a...
