    It's definitely not a lack of investment. It is IMO committing to the investment. There seems to be misguided judgement when retaining said draft picks and the talent we choose to bring in during FA.

    I do hear that a lot too but how many GMs get a retread shot? How many get a second shot and have any success? I also hear those a lot of those same folks talk about other teams poaching our FO every off season. We've had one member of his scouting staff get hired away as a GM in the decade...

    DC hired Quinn after MM. I agree that it was a JS hire. There's zero line between MM and Grubb. He also was extremely hands off of the offensive side when he was hired.
