    If the rules varied by state, Seattle & Denver would be building absolute dynasties. There wouldn't be a better recruiting tool than the ability for the players to be allowed to get baked 24/7. MANY players love their weed, even considering the massive financial risks they take to smoke it...

    Would really like to know what Simon offers, since that info would be integral in deciding how much to offer BB & Thurmond (ie do you have to overpay to keep them or can you afford to lose one of them due to having Simon waiting in the wings)
