    If he goes right behind the line up the middle there he certainly doesnt get tackled in the endzone. When he bounced it outside he loses forward momentum and that all it takes when a defender is waiting for you.

    Actually if Im not mistaken you can either punt, or place the ball on a tee after a safety. Punting is usually a better distance due to the ball starting higher in the air and the kicker being able to have better leverage in his swing, and hitting it probably just a tad better on his foot...

    Had we played the regular defense with :59 seconds remaining in the game, there is almost no way the Broncos would have moved the ball, much less score. The had no sustained drives for points except for against the prevent defense. The Prevent defense played right into Mannings hands.
