    He is better than most of the backups out there, but that's not a terribly high bar. He did a good job not losing the game for us. Made a couple key first downs.

    Doesn't seem to matter who we put on the field, on running downs the defensive line is getting pushed at least a yard back.

    Didn't people poo poo about it when we took this guy? I seem to recall him not leading many draft boards. What an electric player. Plays a lot bigger than his size would suggest, but his listed weight is 185 and he looks closer to 215 on the field. Absolute enforcer.

    3 and 1. Straight balling out after dropping a massive deuce in week 1, leading us all to ask the hard questions. The way this team galvanized and started imposing its will on the Giants following the dirty hit on Geno was amazing to see. They're playing for each other out there.

    I noticed it too. He's usually sharper. I think he had a few. I actually thought drunk Troy Aikman was pretty funny. He was out there actually cracking jokes like a good color commentator is supposed to do.

    Has a Witherspoon ever been bad at football? This kid is looking like Ronnie Lott out there.

    NFC offensive Player of the Week

    He was definitely a dark horse for the PoW award but the kid looked like the second coming of Marshall Faulk out there. His acceleration is something else and really catches a lot of defenders off guard, forcing them to close in on the ball from bad angles.
