    Early starts on east coast

It still pisses me off that last week, the Bears played N.O. In the late game and the west coast teams almost always play the early game when they go to the east coast. We have FIVE early games this year. We have been successful in a majority of them but I don’t care what anyone says, it’s a...

    My Only Ref Gripe

I agreed with the holding call on Moore, but if you agree with that call, I think you have to call offensive PI on Hopkins when he pushed off to create separation on an otherwise beautiful play and throw.

    My Only Ref Gripe

Agree completely that was a huge missed call, but the personal foul on Wags was just as bad IMO. That was a third and long that would have resulted in the Hawks getting the ball in great field position with a 10 point lead. On the leverage call, the rule says jumping or stepping on another...

    Ngakoue to the Vikings

5th could go up to a 3rd. Crap, did we overpay for Adams.

    Jamal Adams Traded to Seattle!

This article is very interesting. Like you said, it suggests that a draft pick for next years draft is devalued by 1 round, but a pick 2 years out is still only devalued by 1 round. The fact that Seattle and New England both trade down regularly matches up with this article too...

    Jamal Adams Traded to Seattle!

Hyde had a great year so that checks that box. Phillip Dorset should be a very good #3 WR so that was filled too Mayowa, Irvin, and Adams all would have led the Hawks in sacks last year and they drafted 2 DEs that both had good stats in college. I think the rush will be better. That’s 3 out of 4.

    Capping off a disappointing draft

I agree for TE. Not sure what you are talking about at WR. Other than Lockett, Metcalf, and Phillips, we don’t have anyone who is viable starter.

    2020 draft class - Grades & debate

Here are the players that have worked out over the years since the infamous Wagner, Wilson, Trade for Lynch draft 2019: Blair (2), Metcalf(2) 2018: Penny (1), Dissley (3) 2017: Shaquill Griffin (3), Chris Carson (7) 2016: Ifedi (1), Reed (2), Jefferson (5), Joey Hunt (6) 2015: Clark (2)...

7th Round - 251st pick Stephen Sullivan TE LSU

I thought that was what Parkinson was supposed to be. We needed to give up a 6th rounder next year for a duplicate player?

    Capping off a disappointing draft

You didn’t include: C/G Finley C/G Fuller G Simmons I would hope we could find two starters out of that list. I understand a lot of these guys won’t make the final roster, but we had a much bigger need at tackle and Jones was there. I hope it works out.

    Capping off a disappointing draft

My point is giving up a 6th rounder next year for a 6th TE that at best will be a 3rd TE doesn’t make much sense. 7th roundpicks don’t make many rosters and if they do, it doesn’t say much for our roster depth.

    Capping off a disappointing draft

Although I like some of the picks, we may have reached too early for our first two picks. The fact that we have 4 TEs on our roster that all have some NFL success and too many guards on the roster, we took both a guard and TE in this draft. Lewis instead of the tackle, Jones, was a mistake IMO...

5th Round - 148th pick - Alton Robinson DE Syracuse

Was going to Texas A & M, but got released for stealing from his girlfriend TWICE. Ended up at Syracuse. Hope he’s grown up and matured.

4th Round - 133rd pick Colby Parkinson TE Stanford

He can’t block. I don’t think they will put him on the line. Put him out wide or in the slot and he will cause problems. Initially, I thought signing Olsen was a good idea, but his cap hit doesn’t make sense. I’d rather have that money to sign Clowney or Griffen

    TE Colby Parkinson

They have to be looking to put him out wide. We already have 4 TEs and other than Metcalf, Phillips, and Lockett, none of our other WRs are worth much. With the depth this draft had at WR, I wish we would have taken one earlier

    OG Lewis

Interesting that the CBS draft tracker shows videos of each player and had Josh Jones comparable as Duane Brown. And we passed on him and the Cardinals take him. If we don’t sign Clowney orGriffen, we’ll be fighting for 3rd with the Rams and chasing SF and Ariz

    OG Lewis

Don’t know why we passed on Josh Jones, a tackle, for another Guard. It’s a much bigger need. I really don’t like this draft so far. Would have preferred Matos, Brooks/Baun/Davis- Gaither, and Josh Jones. And we still would have had our third round pick

    Jordyn Brooks is a Seahawk

Could have taken Matos at 27, Baun at 59 if Brooks was gone, and Okwara At 64.

    Seahawks now at 48

I’m sorry, but this is a joke. One analyst said he flashes first round talent but disappears forlong stretches. We gave up a third rounder to take a guy that would have been there at 59. Schneider hasn’t had a good draft in years and we now drafted 2 guys that both would likely have been...
