    I can't blame Red for being a little bitter, this is a tough business and he was a very important piece of the championship puzzle (as was Clemons). Remember how bad the Hawks run defense would become whenever Red was injured pre-2013? Bennett made him expendable but I was still sad to see him go.

    This is a bummer but we'd likely have to cut either Bates or Lockette for Norwood to make the 53-man roster since I highly doubt he'd clear waivers to stay on the practice squad.

    The Hawks were without 2 Pro Bowl OL last year (and Breno) for extended periods of time and still won the Super Bowl. Losing Bowie sucks but he was already on notice for showing up to spring out of shape, which makes me question his work ethic.

    I'm a huge UW fan but I thought Kearse under performed towards the end of his college career. The fact that he was able to make the Seahawks roster and become a major contributor really surprised me. Well done Jermaine!
