PFF: Why it’s not too late to fix Seahawks’ offensive line

I completely disagree with everything you said there. The Seahawks have been one of the top 3 rushing teams for years now. And Wilson is probably the most difficult QB in the NFL to block for. Look at Carpenter...mediocre on the Hawks...goes to the Jets last year and becomes one of the best...

PFF: Why it’s not too late to fix Seahawks’ offensive line

PFF grades have to be taken with a grain of salt. Nowak actually had a higher grade than Lewis last year. PFF grades aren't exactly perfect. Lynch's grade was MUCH higher than Thomas Rawls'...sorry, but Lynch struggled last year. Was Lynch really the 3rd best RB in the NFL last year? I believe...

    Trading Down Again

Oh, and Nkemdiche would NOT be a good risk. I think he is the type of player that allows his bad behavior to adversely affect his love of the game. I don't see him as getting past his bad behavior and/or getting serious about playing football. His bad behavior reminds me of more like the Manziel...

    Trading Down Again

I think for the #26 pick, the Hawks could get a mid-2nd round pick and a mid-3rd round pick. That would be the most likely scenario according to all of the trade value charts I've researched. They could get a 2nd and a 4th and a 5th, but I don't think they'd do that...too many crappy picks for...

    Drew Nowak

I know I've mentioned this before, and someone will probably make a joke about it :) , but I think making a trade with the Vikings for 2015 Center Sparq beast Nick Easton would answer all of our problems at Center. Last year, the Seahawks picked Kristjan Sokoli in the 6th round. He was said to...

    Drew Nowak

I'm just not feeling it. The top 2 Centers in this draft would be Ryan Kelly and Nick Martin. I just don't see either of theses guys as Day 1 starters in the NFL. They both have some glaring weaknesses, and this doesn't seem like a great draft class for Centers. I don't see the Hawks using a 1st...

    My 2016 Draft Wishlist

That brings back some awesome memories from back in the 10th grade in 1973. Man, I had a great childhood, especially in high school. Go Hawks !!!

Seahawks trading back in round 1

WOW!!! This is incredibly astute. I wish you could get a direct line to JS and explain this to him. This makes so much more sense than just throwing away our value on guys like Irvin and Okung.

    WR/CB/RB/ATH Ricardo Louis, Auburn

I think this might be the only kid that's been on EVERY version of my draft list. I like him a lot. I think he had the #1 broad jump at 11'0". Sparq beast. He's kind of flown under the radar...I think they could take him in the 7th round if they wanted to chance it.

    My 2016 Draft Wishlist

New update with no trades: #26- T Germain Ifedi #56- C Ryan Kelly or C Nick Martin #90- DT Javon Hargrave #97- G Connor McGovern #124- RB Tyler Ervin #171- FS Justin Simmons #215- FB Dan Vitale #225- WR Ricardo Louis #247- CB Juston Burris UDFA- OLB Devante Bond, DT Connor Wujciak, DT Joel...

    My 2016 Draft Wishlist

New twist...after looking some more, I'm thinking that the area of the draft from 50-80 is rather thin. Instead of trading down into that area, I'm thinking that JS might keep pick #26 and use picks #56 and #90 to get a pick at around #42. Here would be my new 7 round mock: #26- DE/DTJonathan...

Rookie impact on the active roster (46 man)

I agree Dan Vitale would be an amazing pick for us. I would say that Vitale is a must-have pick for the Seahawks this year. He'd be better than any aging veteran 3rd down backs that are out there, and he's truly an incredible athlete.

    Titan3131's Mid proday mock draft

No offense, but everytning I read from Pauline says that Maiava is a UDFA...I think there was one Pauline isting I saw that said he was a 7th-FA. Each to his own. Maiava was known in college as a horrible pass pro lineman...just another turnstile that could get Wilson hurt. I believe our offense...

    Titan3131's Mid proday mock draft

For the record, I got mixed up with the names when I wrote that comment. I actually like Mitch Matthews. I was talking about Keenan Reynolds. Reynolds is Titan's 7th round pick already. Sorry about my confusion there. So if I predict a prospect to be a 7th rounder or a UDFA, that's bad...

    Titan3131's Mid proday mock draft

The Jets were on record a lot more saying they wanted Coples. In fact, it was a drama-driven mediot that even mentioned that the Jets wanted Irvin. Drama, drama, drama. A lot of mediots just want attention. Irvin was off the radar for pretty much everyone because of off-field issues, namely...

    Titan3131's Mid proday mock draft

I did a bunch of research and watched videos of Maiava and Mitchell. Mitchell was so much of a running QB (horrible passer), that he's trying to make it to the NFL as a RB. Scouts have said that he has no chance of being drafted as a QB, and that his transition to RB is not coming along very...

    Titan3131's Mid proday mock draft

Maiava will be available in the 7th round...no reason to waste a 3rd round pick. Get him in the 6th round :) Mitch Matthews will go undrafted...either get him in the 7th round, or try to get him off the street after the draft :) Edit update: Oooops, I got mixed up with the name. I had meant to...

If the Hawks draft these two players I will be ecstatic!

This is actually a horrible year for athletic prospects. The Combine was horrible. Very few good athletes in this draft class. Just to compare to last year, Ifedi is at #5 for O-Line Sparq score. Last year, he would have been in 20th place for O-Line Sparq score. I believe that overall, this...
