Pro Bowl and Seahawks GOAT by postilion.

I would argue for Chad Brown over Tatupu. Brown was better for longer, but also played OLB. Tatupu was a MLB, which we usually only have one of. And Wagner has that spot locked down. I hope Damien Lewis supplants Chris Gray eventually. At CB I'd go with Dave Brown over Marcus Trufant...

Making sense of the TV viewing map

https://506sports.com/nfl.php?yr=2020&wk=13 It says Fox Single, but combines early and late games. I'm in San Antonio, and it's only showing the Saints and Falcons. Does that mean its the only game I get today on Fox? I don't have a tv menu to refer to.

    Steelers 16-0?

Yeah the media is quiet about them. Reminds me of the 2015 Panthers, though built completely differently. They started 14-0, and nobody outside the Carolinas believed in them. Turns out, everyone was right to doubt them.

How do we beat the Rams?

Defensively, they're way better. Against anyone else, we have the better offense. But for some reason Goff always plays great against the Seahawks. They've been unable to slow him down the last few years, even when the defense was miles better than it is now. So, I wouldn't say the Rams are...

How do we beat the Rams?

I'm just going to ask this open-ended question and hope for some answers, because I don't have any. On the bright side, one of their best players won't see the field on Sunday (Johnny Hekker).

    2013 defense vs 2020 defense

Based on his time in New York, maybe. Based on his play this year, not a chance.

    Brandon Shell nice addition

The 2013 o-line wasn't that good, but I assume people might misremember it because they didn't cost us a championship (unlike some other years). That line could run block but was poor at pass protection. Russ was faster back then and made up for their deficiency. Okung missed a lot of time...

What picks do we actually have left now?

    You are correct about Clowney.

    Trading Bobby Wagner

There's no way you can get a first and second for him, or even just a second, for the exact reasons you want to trade him. He's getting old, declining, and overpaid. That greatly diminishes his trade value.

Why do we have a 3rd down problem?

We have the second worst 3rd down percentage on offense (33.9%), ahead of only the Jets. We have the 25th ranked 3rd down percentage on defense (48.8%). Even the Jets are ahead of us. Seriously, what the hell is happening on 3rd down on both sides of the ball? And how are we 5-1 with those...

    Stephon Gilmore

The Patriots already had Dorsett and Hollister and didn't deem them valuable enough to keep.

Sign another teams Practice Squad player?

Occasionally you see players on the practice squad simply because the head coach mis-evaluated talent. Shaquem Griffin never should've been on our practice squad. He would've been a good depth addition for many other teams.

Early Days: "We fought everyday" - Wilson

I'm almost curious enough to follow the link, but heavy.com has the worst click-bait headlines, so I've always resisted going there.

Predicting record of the remaining games

I think we'll lose both Rams games and go 14-2. But the Rams will drop other games and we'll still take the division, #1 seed, and get our revenge in the playoffs.

Is it time to start talking about Darryl Taylor

I'm trying not to get my hopes up. Until he sees the field, I'm just going to assume he's another Malik McDowell, albeit with completely different circumstances. But I'm half expecting the same result. I'm not normally pessimistic about things, but the uncertainty around his return timeline...

ESPNS trades they think may happen/make sense

Takk would be nice. I think he's an upgrade over Mayowa. I wouldn't feel good about taking on Mack and his salary, only to either be a backup, or demote a perfectly capable starter.

    Run defense

Seeing the Vikings run all over us at will was disheartening. It got me wondering, does it invalidate our run defense performance in the other weeks? Do we have a bad run defense? Maybe, but not necessarily. I know our defense is nowhere near what it was in 2012-2014, and I am not comparing...

Let's hire Quinn as a consultant

The two most common arguments against Quinn are that as a defensive mind, he failed in Atlanta, and he had a buttload of talent here in '13-'14 that he wouldn't have now. Yes, his defenses sucked in Atlanta, but he was the head coach, not the defensive coordinator. Guess who else is a good...

    Hypothetical ?

The Cardinals seem to always have our number at home. Our games with them should be a little easier now that Chandler Jones is out for the season. He single-handedly wrecked us last year.

Most clutch QB in history....Russell Wilson

Not quite. There is a distinction between a game winning drive and a fourth quarter comeback. Russ is currently at 23 fourth quarter comebacks. The 34 you're referencing includes fourth quarter comebacks and game winning drives combined, including playoffs. That puts Russ at 34. He has 30...
