I mean, that was awesome and I'm super happy for Cal, but let's be honest. Canzone has been waaay better than Cal this year. I can't really fault Francona for the decision. Cal is hitting around .160 with an unthinkably bad .565 OPS. Canzone is hitting around .260 with an .850 OPS. It's just really not close.

Hope the M's didn't blow their whole load tonight. 7 runs is usually about the total they typically scrape together for the 3 or 4 game home series.
